Basic Income Nova Scotia (BIG-NS) is part of the Basic Income Canada Network (BICN) and a member of Coalition Canada Basic Income - revenu de base and the National Forum on Basic Income.
BIG-NS works closely with and endorses the Basic Income NOW Atlantic Canada’s consensus statement.
BIG-NS has partnered with many organizations in advocating for a basic income including the United Way, Halifax Regional Municipality, Halifax Regional Library, Dalhousie University, St. Mary’s University Faculty Association, Community Health Boards and Anti-Poverty Action Groups.
