Basic Income Annual Conferences

Since our inauguration, we have been educating and advocating about the concept of an unconditional Guaranteed Income for all Nova Scotians and Canadians. As part of this mission, we have been holding “Annual” Conferences in 2016, 2017 and 2019.

Basic Income has in its short history successfully organized three “Annual” conference, the 2016 conference, the 2017 conference and the 2019.

For our theme for the 2019 Conference we focussed on evidence. Again we had a wonderful list of speakers highlighting different aspects of Basic Income.

Basic Income Nova Scotia organized a one day conference in 2017 around the perspective of a Basic Income for Nova Scotia.

We organized our first Annual Conference in 2016. For our inaugural event we had an amazing group of speakers and a wonderful audience in Halifax’ Central Library
